TOUR 1 Rübezahl carved figure path

Route description
Enjoy the stunning view of the Wilder Kaiser as you walk to the rustic mountain hut, the Rübezahl Alm. This hiking tour takes you on a unique path with over 22 carved wooden figures, the longest of its kind in Austria. The figures tell us a little about the Rübezahl Alm and its family. The Rübezahl Alm was made famous by the musical TV series "Lustige Musikanten" (funny musicians) and the film "Der Bergdoktor" (the mountain doctor)!
Possible route combinations
- Visit the Rübezahl Alm hut or the magical mountain theme park, Ellmi's Zauberwelt.
- From the Rübezahl Alm you walk back to Hartkaiser. Here you can enjoy the mountain theme park Ellmi's Zauberwelt or you walk back to Scheffau via the panoramic path to the mountain theme park KaiserWelt.
