TOUR 2 Chapel Hike
Starting point: Hohe Salve top lift station
Route description
Go up the mountain on the Söll – Hohe Salve cable cars. The starting point for this hike is the Salvenkirche, the highest lying pilgrimage and wedding church in Austria (1,829 m). The trail takes you to a little chapel (Alpine dairy chapel) on the Kraftalm pasture and to the Stöcklalm. From here you hike through the Hexenwald (witches' forest) to the Salvenmoos chapel in Hochsöll.

- Walk to the Stampfender chapel down in the valley. Mountain to valley takes about 4 hours
