Route description
Once you have taken the cable car up to the Hexenwasser (Witches' Water) theme park in Söll, you can walk along a wide forest trail to the RiesenWelt Brixen im Thale. Look closely and you will see many special features, as the lake is surrounded by high moorland in which a variety of rare animal and plant species can be observed.
Possible route combinations
- Hike from the Filzalmsee lake to the Silleralm and back to Hexenwasser (1.5 hours)
- Hike from the Filzalmsee lake to the Jochstubnsee lake and on to the KaiserWelt theme park in Scheffau (2.5 hours)
- Hike from the Filzalmsee lake to the Salvensee lake in Hopfgarten, then continue up to the summit of the Hohe Salve (2.5 hours)
