Tanzbodenalm

On one of my hikes through the beautiful nature nearby the mountain cable car at Scheffau, I’ve found the Tanzbodenalm. The authentic and cosy atmosphere of this hut makes me stop for a while and inspires me to enjoy all the tasteful dishes that are served for breakfast.

I’ll start off with a plate filled with a roll, homemade bread, pastries, butter and marmalade. Then I make my choice of the extras on the breakfast menu: a plate with cheese, sausages and bacon, a farmer omelette, yoghurt with fresh fruits or homemade cereals.

Breakfast daily from 08.30-10.30 (May to October) - no day off.
